Preparation
Adding Water – Return dry or concentrated food to its original firmness or consistency by adding water.
The number of bottles and amounts to drink are guidelines and may vary individually. For 1 scoop of powder, you need 30 ml of water. One level scoop holds 4.8 g.
Babies need about 5 meals a day. Each bottle-feeding should be replaced with a solid food meal as complementary foods are introduced.
When preparing Aptamil HA 2, carefully follow the instructions for use. Improper preparation and storage can lead to health issues due to the growth of unwanted germs. Always prepare the formula fresh before each meal and feed it immediately. Do not reuse leftovers. Clean the bottle, nipple, and ring thoroughly. Do not heat milk formula in the microwave (risk of overheating).

1. Let freshly boiled drinking water cool down and use it at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Pour 2/3 of the required amount of water into the bottle.
2. For accurate dosing of the powder, level off the enclosed measuring scoop using the leveling device. Use only the enclosed measuring scoop.
3. Add the required amount of powder to the bottle. Store the measuring scoop in the scoop holder.
4. Close the bottle and shake it vigorously for about 10 seconds in an upright position. Add the remaining amount of water and shake vigorously again.
5. Open the bottle and attach the nipple. Check the temperature of the bottle contents (about 37°C) before feeding.

Storage Instructions
Always reseal the opened package well by pressing on the hand symbol on the lid until it clicks into place. Use the opened package within four weeks. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from heat. Best before date (when unopened): see back of the package.
