Aptamil Follow-on Milk 2 Pronutra after the 6th month combines a unique nutrient combination with a gentle Lactofidus® process. The follow-on milk is optimally tailored to the nutritional needs of your baby after the 6th month as part of a mixed diet with complementary foods.

Usage Instructions

The number of bottles and drinking quantities are guidelines and may vary individually. For 1 measuring spoon of powder, you need 30 ml of water. A leveled measuring spoon holds 4.8g. Babies require approximately 5 meals per day. With each complementary food meal, one bottle meal should be replaced.

Preparation

When preparing Aptamil® Pronutra 2, please follow the instructions carefully. Improper preparation and storage can lead to health problems due to the growth of unwanted bacteria. Prepare the food fresh before each meal and feed it immediately. Do not reuse any remaining food. Thoroughly clean the bottle, teat, and ring. Do not heat infant milk in the microwave (risk of overheating).

1. Allow freshly boiled drinking water to cool to approximately 40°C and pour 2/3 of the required amount of water into the bottle.

2. To measure the powder accurately, level off the enclosed measuring spoon with the back of a knife. Use only the enclosed measuring spoon.

3. Add the required amount of powder to the bottle.

4. Close the bottle and shake vigorously vertically for about 10 seconds, pour in the remaining amount of drinking water, and shake vigorously again.

5. Open the bottle and attach the teat. Check the temperature of the bottle content (approximately 37°C) before feeding.

Storage Instructions:

Fill level is technically determined. Always reseal opened inner bag well and use within 4 weeks. Store protected from heat and dry. Original packaging should be sealed and at least durable until: see lid.
