Usage Instructions
Aptamil HA 1 can be given from birth as the sole food or as a supplement. Like breast milk, it can be fed as often and as much as your baby needs. Suitable until the end of the bottle-feeding age.

Ingredients: Lactose (from MILK), whey protein hydrolysate (from MILK), vegetable oils (sunflower, coconut, rapeseed oil), galactooligosaccharides (from MILK), emulsifier (citric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithins), fructooligosaccharides, FISH OIL, calcium orthophosphate, dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, magnesium chloride, oil from Mortierella alpina, choline chloride, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, vitamin C, inositol, taurine, Bifidobacterium breve M-16V, potassium citrate, ferrous sulfate, zinc sulfate, L-carnitine, calcium chloride, nucleotides (sodium salts of uridine-, cytidine-, adenosine-, inosine-, guanosine-5-monophosphate), antioxidant (ascorbyl palmitate), pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin E, copper sulfate, vitamin B2, vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, potassium iodide, folic acid, manganese(II) sulfate, sodium selenite, vitamin K, biotin, vitamin D, vitamin B12.

Preparation
Add water – Bring dry or concentrated food back to its original firmness or consistency by adding water.
The number of bottles and drinking amounts are guidelines and can vary individually. For 1 scoop of powder, you need 30 ml of water. One level scoop holds 4.7g.

From the 5th month onwards, you can start introducing complementary foods in consultation with your pediatrician or midwife. Each complementary meal should replace a bottle feed.

When preparing Aptamil HA* 1, carefully follow the instructions for use. Improper preparation and storage can lead to health problems due to the growth of unwanted bacteria. Prepare the formula fresh before each meal and feed it immediately. Do not reuse any leftover formula. Clean the bottle, teat, and ring thoroughly. Do not warm milk formula in the microwave (risk of overheating).

Preparation steps:

  1. Allow freshly boiled drinking water to cool down and use it at a maximum temperature of 40°C. Pour 2/3 of the required water into the bottle.
  2. For accurate powder dosage, level off the scoop using the edge of the can. Only use the enclosed measuring spoon.
  3. Add the required amount of powder into the bottle. Store the scoop in the spoon holder.
  4. Close the bottle and shake vigorously in a vertical motion for about 10 seconds. Add the remaining water and shake vigorously again.
  5. Open the bottle and attach the teat. Check the contents of the bottle to ensure it is at drinking temperature (around 37°C).

Storage Instructions
Always reseal the opened pack well by pressing down on the hand symbol on the lid until it clicks into place. Use the opened pack within four weeks. Store in a cool, dry place, protected from heat. Best before date when unopened: see back of the package.
