Preparation:
Boil water and let it cool down to 122°F. Fill half of the water into the bottle. You can find the exact amounts on the packaging. Measure the amount of powder according to the table and add it to the bottle. Shake the powder and half of the water, then add the remaining water and shake again. Let it cool down to drinking temperature (98.6°F)
Storage
Protect from heat and store in a dry place. Use opened pouch within 2 weeks.
