Preparation
- Boil fresh drinking water and let it cool to about 40°-50°C*.
- Put the desired amount of boiled water (see table) into a bottle.
- Measure the recommended amount of powder (see table). Fill the measuring spoon loosely and level it. Add the powder to the water.
- Close the bottle and shake vigorously several times.
- Cool to drinking temperature, about 37°C. Check the temperature, e.g., with a HiPP thermometer.
*To avoid damaging the natural lactic acid cultures (Lactobacilli), please do not prepare the formula with water that is too hot.
Quantity and Dosage: The quantity per bottle may vary individually. Recommended drinking amounts and number of bottles per day are guidelines. Your baby does not have to finish the entire bottle. Please use only the enclosed measuring spoon! One measuring spoon corresponds to 30ml of water.
Dosage per meal:
- 150 ml boiled water + 5 measuring spoons of powder = 170 ml ready-to-drink food.
- 180 ml boiled water + 6 measuring spoons of powder = 200 ml ready-to-drink food.
- 210 ml boiled water + 7 measuring spoons of powder = 235 ml ready-to-drink food.
Babies need about 5 meals a day. With each newly introduced jar or baby food meal, one bottle meal should be omitted.
Storage Instructions: Close the opened bag tightly, store it in a dry place at room temperature, and consume it within 3 weeks.
